Physiologie

Plant biologist with 25+ years of experience in molecular biology techniques, management of labs, research projects and field work with the aim to continue using my expertise with international collaborations. I have been working in different countries (Germany, Australia, China, Pakistan, UAE, Saudi Arabia, USA) and universities worldwide expanding my experience, especially in crop science. Since 2015, I have been as a Research Specialist at KAUST in Saudia Arabia, leading field trials with quinoa and wild tomatoes with the aim of improving the salinity tolerance of crops. My work in Cirad will be to deal with a temporary increase in activity related to the pooling of global quinoa phenotyping data in the context of the preparation of a project with the FAO, requiring very specific skills in the field of global phenotyping of quinoa.
